    with the needle point tip, a perforator was it’s likely use… it’s right at 2 3/4”.. as for a type, I can’t say right now. I’m thinking early archaic in age?… s.e.Minnesota’s driftless area creek find… Winona county….✌️

                          It all makes sense, it was a knapping get together and started playing drinking games and used the drill to puncture the beer can for faster flow. That can preserved well for being 1000's of yrs old.
