Any Know what this Artifact was used for and its name?

Looks to be a rock of natural formation, but it appears there is polish on the bottom. Porbably used as some sort of grinding stone.

This could have been used as a hammer stone. I am inclined to believe it is a natural rock formation.

I just happened to see this post, and I'll be damned, but I have found something very similar. Kind of 2 slabs of stone, one side soft the other hard. About the same size as this picture. I suspected it was natural but it was such an oddity I kept it. Now I need to find it at home and I'll put up a few pictures...

? Looks like the sole of a boot glued to a rock! Does look like it was used for grinding.😀
