I sifted this scraper.It has a flute half way up the back.

still no luck posting it. seen where others have had a problem with the picture uploader,, sorry guys as soon as i get it to work ill show you my scraper with the flute thats almost the size of cowboy like belt buckle. I also have another scraper that is a half moon shape.

The 1st picture to me looks like a Early stage Preform/Blank with the big flake reduction
I think it might be Paleo where your at
I have one that looks similar but I think it is a Calf Creek reduction Blank,,

It may be a pre form. i found a nice multi tool the other day of what seems to be a hand held knife to a scraper and looks to have a shaft scraper type notch. ill get a picture up soon.
