    Here’s an interesting article on the use of Bay Area charm stones with some good back history on the Sonoma and Marin county people. I got the url up there in a round about manner and am gonna see myself if the link opens with a tap, if not it may have to be entered or copied/paste etc.

      Fascinating , thanks , historical documentation of their use ! folks tend to discount plummet as medicine stones even though the modern day shamans are still using this type of practice today

            It truly was. The lake is on the southern end of the Sonoma mountain range separating the Petaluma and Sonoma valley’s, basically a part of the rolling foothills that literally start at Infineon Raceway right at the estuaries/sloughs of San Pablo bay. The mountain range continues north loaded with springs and creeks and culminates with the obsidian fields at the state park in Santa Rosa.
