    Swiftcreek complicated stamp pottery shards
    from this trip . Took only a bit of what we found . Left some back at the cabin

    That's a good haul of pottery for sure ... no points or tools in all that ??

      No I separated them herd is a YTD without the Turtle back scraper and a few others .

          Dang those r great !!! Is that a drill second row from right 3rd down ?? Or a flake ?? And same row number 8 down really catches my eye ... is that a flake or a part of something flutes ???

            Yep that is a drill I have three I'll have to find for you . Your the one that told me about the scalhorn
            a that darn one with the flute is very
            conteversial . All on the site say it's a reduction
            flake . My friends in Georgia say it's a variant of a Dalton . I cannot show a pic correctly it has a flute area and I not kidding the mustache area is like soapstone someone hand carved . Long beautiful
            lines so smooth . So I will take it to a show . It's the only one I stand steong on lol . They have been found in my area so I still have hope .
            Or darn it will find one .

              I like the pottery and that's quite a collection from there. Some of them even match the color of your toes!
