    Man I love the fishhooks!!!! They are all legendary to say the least, great display thanks for sharing. I have one fishhook in my collection, none as nice as those though. Sweet collection_Bill

                It’s a tool called a flesher which was used to remove fat and meat from the inside of animal hides when they were prepping them for tanning.

                The edge with the hole is pretty sharp forming a bit like a celt or axe. The long handle formed by the bone made them pretty easy to hold.
