Bead work

I was recently given this beautiful art. I'm told it might come from Oklahoma and it might be reasonably old (perhaps 1930s).

Can anybody tell me more about it?

I believe it is called a belt. Floral or Flower belt.... Not sure about it being in a pot...and would need to check the colors of the beads in detail. What is it backed with? It's in great condition. The older the more beads fall of and threads come undone, lol, I have a few somewhere.

Of course the pot prevents this lovely thing from being very old.

Just wondered what Tribe might have made it and when.

Is it good quality or just tourist quality?

It's backed by a cotton or hemp cloth. Tea-coloured. Nothing to note in stitching.
