What do you all think? I am totally new to all this. Found coming down a ridge with erosion washed up against a log, private property, woods, near deer trail..Western Maryland near PA and WV.

You need to keep looking. We can only comment on what your pictures show but they don't appear to show artefacts. Sometimes better pictures result in more positive answers so feel free to try again... but I would be doubtful.
