Beaded gauntlets and kids moccasins

I was hoping that our forum members may be able to shed some light on these. A pair of small, probably, child's moccasins that are decorated with small glass beads. The gauntlets appear to be around the same age. We dont know a lot about them, other than they belonged to my great grandfather. He settled here in 1865... I dont know when they came into his possession. If anyone has insight into the culture or a time frame it would be appreciated. Thanks..

Thank you for your response. They are pretty. The match is nearly identical. I dont think either set saw much use, if any. He died in 1943.. I'm not sure how long he had them before he passed. They sat in a trunk in the basement until a few years ago.

Yeah, pretty cool. Wish we knew more about them. He had quite the life... wish we knew more about him, too. he was interviewed by an historian, right before he passed away, he was in his 90s.. He randomly talked about different things he remembered. Came out to 26 pages of very interesting reading.
