      Photos for 1 & 2 don't show for me...
      Weight is terrific. Lime rock looks good for shaping. Heavy or not?

          Thanks for lookin Ben ..With the amount of posts I do I don’t always see everyone’s but I always look thru their posting list, anyway, I checked out the Susquehanna Museum one..that’s a great setup, thanks for posting.

        Thanks for the informative picture post, as always. What kind of animal do you think they were fleshing with those shell scrapers, or was there a different intended usage? I just can't see how they would have held up doing deer hides, look like they would snap off where they are hafted from the pressure load.

          Shell tools ar almost un breakable,, I believe, multiple uses such as woodworking an as many other tasks as yo can think of
