    These are from a Weeden island Linear punctated cylinder vessel...It has an incised line under the rim and a nice fire cloud...Recovered in Pinellas county in 72...The depiction is of a bird, upside down...Thanks for the ๐Ÿ‘€

      Peninsula archeological society excavations took place at the site in 72, and 90 percent of pinellas co. Pottery that I curated was recovered then...long story..I did a post way back yonder on the site...Thanks for the ๐Ÿ‘€Caleb.

    Real nice detailed stuff Hal! . The line under the rim mustta been tricky to do....the bird is cool too ....glad ya got to #49...keep em coming brother!

      They didnโ€™t have tv..they were deep into astrology..most all main sites were solar observatoryโ€™s..Research the Crystal River site.

    Ive read into the solstitial and lunar alignments at loads of the lower missippian sites. Some real interesting synchronicities to egyptian mythologies
