This Piece was found in Pinellas county in 72..It has an unusual black interior slip ( photo doesn’t show it well ) graceful punctated motifs and a rolled rim...These type designs is not common to W.I. pottery but do show up from time to time..The meanings will most likely remain unknown....Thanks for the 👀
