    Me and buddy split some finds from along the Cape Fear. Here’s my half. Found a cool fossilized brown tooth also. Warmed up after some minutes walking around: cool windy temps here .

      Think tooth maybe Cosmopolitodus hastalis (Broadblade Mako) if does not have serrations on blade. …..Are you impressed?!…. You should be, but must give credit where credit is due: tooth-teacher, MondoLithic. See my post in September Fossils, Bones, Teeth, where Mondo holds forth his considerable knowledge.
