I'm joining to a thread Artifascination did a few days ago. Arti posted a black Steatite pipe fragment. Once I realized what it was I remembered I have a whole pipe very similar to his fragment. So I asked him if I could do a thread comparing the two and he said yes. So Pict 1 and 2 are what Arti showed us. Pict. 3 and 4 is a pipe I purchased many years ago. I believe his and mine are of the same material and type. I really like this fine pipe and can imagine it all decked out with feathers and beads. What are your thoughts? Are they close to the same as I surmise? Enjoy Kim
