  • Polished stones

    Just finished several drums of rocks today. some Coastal plain chert, Petrified wood, Banded agates and some colorful quartz.
    South East Ga. Twin City

        nice,ive liked polished rocks since i was young kid

        one of my knapping buddies takes all of his debitage and polishes it up and sells it at knapp ins(hes also a vendor of rock and tools etc)
        people that make jewelry and little kids love it
        he sells more of that than just about anything during the knapp ins

              It takes 4 weeks in my tumbler, One week with 80 grit, one week with 220 grit, one week with pre polish and one week with polish for hard stones.
