It takes a long time to get that polish on those stones Johnny. Did you tumble the point also?

I order all my tumbling equipment from The Rock Shed, in S. D. They have the best prices i have found for polishing grit. The Lorotone tumbler would be my choice. I burned three other tumblers from a discount company and i have made my on tumbler. It will spin six three lb. drums and this way i can polish six different hardness of rocks at same time. I polish a bunch of rocks and sell them at arrowhead shows to help with expense. I would not want one of the tumblers with the big drums i like the ones with the three lb. cap. Hope this helps if i can help any more feel free to ask.

I agree with you Johnny, Lortone makes very dependable tumblers.
I have both the 3 pound and 6 pound models myself.
