Is this quartz??

I know very little about rocks and minerals. A favorite creek of mine is littered with these translucent rocks. I assume it quartz but really dont know. Would appreciate some education. Thanks

Yessir, you have quartz. Milky Quartz precisely. Below is an arrowhead (VA Halifax) made of Milky Quartz.

Yes quartz and some quartzite it looks. I wouldn’t say his is milky quartz though. Milky is usually as the name implies, pure thick white with no inclusions usually. There’s soooo many different types of quartz and quartzite though.
