Got out the other day for a nice jaunt. No points but I did find this. Is it petrified wood? 
If so its the first piece I have ever found.

Heres another pic of the other side that I just took outside. Look at the difference in color from indoor light to outdoor. Thanks for the responses. I find a lot of oddball stones on that particular piece of land in that area. All small in size...less than a golf ball. That site has also produced many finds over the years as well. Thanks again guys...The chase is better than the catch...
