I realize it’s not an Artifact, I just haven’t came across one that looks like this, so I was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of rock it is.

It look's like It might be Quartzite, look's neat.

as far as what type of rock,well im not a geologist

but it kind of looks like a montana moss agate.

do you have glacial till in the area it was found?

theres a guy from texas,hes on FB and in most of the flint knapping groups on there.
he knows a lot about the texas rocks. you might give him an ask
