        Top row coastal plain chert, brier creek variant, 2nd row coral, last row purple mookite and brown coastal plain chert Flint river variant. 90 percent of rocks coastal plain chert brier creek variant.

              Sometimes when a point don't turn out like I want it I will throw it in the tumbler, looks neat polished, photo posted below

            found some of what I call honeycomb coral at the pasco co .fla. quarries.( what a place, fifty acres cleared for a trailer park. ) only found a few pieces this color,,,anyway, had a friend had a rock shop was gonna make me a ring but death prevented it ,,,i ,couldn’t finish the project,,kept thinking of him,,,nuff of sad tales,,here it is. p.s. kid from trailer found a point made from it just shook my head..can’t beat it...Click image for larger version

                Tumbler grit, starting with 80 gt. then 220 gt. then 600 gt. pre polish then Aluminum oxide for hard stones and in 4 weeks they are finished

                I thought I recognized some of the shapes.

                My son like polishing rocks for a while when he was a kid, and those ugly little points from India looked cool tumbled and polished up.
