Can someone please tell me what this might be I believe it was found in Texas hill country

That looks like flourite to me too.

Just went thru my daughter’s collection (she has hers labeled!). Her flourite is green, and she promptly let me know shades of purple and other colors not uncommon. She pointed out the similarity of the geometric-looking planes of both y’all’s pieces. My kid apparently is a “chip off” her mother’s rock-block, which means between Hoss and my chip-child, you probably got a pretty piece of flourite!

P.S. She also says flourite sometimes is luminescent, and its presence is thought to “increase one’s ability to concentrate”(!?🙄😉)
