      yeah it is a good time down there and the show is only 1/2 the size it is because of the covid 19 the Aussies and some other big venders were not there this year .

    Amazing place I was there in 2017. I was not there for the show. There is a vendor who is there year round. The place is pretty dead in summer.

        Brett do you ever go to the Tucson show in February? I am told it is bigger than the quartszite show.

          Well i was just looking at the web site this am and some of the shows are being postponed till this April the main shoe is off till February 2022

          Tucson is the king of shows, though I have never been. The Denver show is widely regarded as #2.

            I know where there is a whole petrified tree buried. Several of them actually. Pieces have broken off and fallen to the river. They are in an exposed butte .

              The problem is that it’s on a big government pasture out in western SD. It would take a crane to get it raised.
              I brought home a few chunks that broke off. One was about 100 pounds. Took a bit of work carrying it back to the truck
