Based on appearance, I believe you can eliminate meteorite. The surface does not really resemble fusion crust.

If I look really closely, I see these really shiny blue specs, or looks like blue at least.

Typical fridge magnet won’t stick* takes a heavy duty magnet to get a draw.

There are meteorites and meteor-wrongs. Take a look at this website for information. I agree with what Charlie and Sgt Digger said up above.. https://sites.wustl.edu/meteoritesite/items/basalt/

PS read it all the way to the bottom of the page. Its short but interesting.

Might find some candidates here among a meteorwrong gallery. I can’t argue from authority, because I’m not an authority. But I have collected meteorites for 40 years, and based on appearance, it seemed doubtful to me. The little specs noted are actually not a good sign that it’s meteoritic.

An on-line article about meteor-wrongs, which are various kinds of rocks that look like meteorites, but aren't meteorites.

Actually, that page won’t likely help you much. The page Hoss posted is much better.

I’ve been trying to get help on this for weeks, I can not identify this rock. Any help at all would be awesome.

Some close ups of what used to be fusion crust?

It’s not fusion crust, and it’s not a meteorite.

If by “possible”, you mean meteorite, no, it’s not a meteorite.
