Hey, idk if this is the right place. But I wasn't sure if this is something that happened after the arrowhead was made -over time in the ground, iron in the water, mineral deposits?? something caused a Patina? Or it was on the outside of the rock it was made from? Found it on a sandhill. I have seen it on other artifacts but not as much. Central Missouri
