No, not effigies. They are geofacts, made by nature. The gnarly looking piece is a iron-rich concretion that has eroded away to that shape. The other piece looks like broken limestone with eroded holes. They are interesting rocks but not artifacts. We all have piles of similar natural rocks, LOL!
