    Natural.  I have several just like this one, a bit smaller though.  Not sure what they are called but it's a geological process.  They cool and worth keeping imo!

          It's a sedimentary concretion, possibly now metamorphosed. It looks like sandstone, but I can't tell for sure just from a picture. The rings are the result of accumulation over time of different kinds of sediments with different hardnessses which have eroded unevenly. The large cavity in the bottom is probably the result of a hard pebble having fallen out after being loosened by erosion.

            Some of the locals in my area call these Tornado stones. As mentioned above they are 100% geological pieces and to make you feel better, pre-columbian natives were rock hunters as well and I would imagine that they thought this rock was "cool" as well.
