Hard stone tool with Image or chance?

Found this today I have an insitu of depth and found a Madison style point but I believe it’s a dart point Because of the depth I’m at , and an insitu of point . I left it at the site so no pics of bottom which is smooth. I will do a roundup of finds tomorrow . It’s a hard stone but is the work natural or is it a pecked image? Sorry can’t control orientation when I upload.

My Gut is telling me chance . Heat and freezing made rock flake. It’s not a super hard stone but I believe was tumbled in creek and picked up for use.
