  • Central Ohio...nutting stone?

Hard to capture concaveness on pics.... three sides have obvious wear just don’t know if it’s natural or from some sort of native use. Each of the sides with wear have those reddish marks on the outside of the worn area which I thought was strange too.

The red marks I believe are some types of deposits. The rock looks natural to me but I've never found a Nutting Stone. Hopefully someone will respond with a answer for you CGriff.

IMO is social media speak for 'In My Opinion'. Sometimes with the word 'Humble' inserted as 'IMHO'.

Natural would be my opinion too.
