Is it metal? It looks like a very corroded piece of iron possibly. I can't tell from the pic what material it is.

All rocks. sometimes stratified sedimentary rock will delaminate. Your photo is poorly focused but from what I see it looks like delamination of sedimentary rock.

If you don't mind my asking, who is authenticating these?

Do you know what tools look like or do you just think that everything has to be an arrowhead? I'm not sure you know the difference

Yes I do. unfortunately you are choosing not to. You are not going to win the battle with the attitude and ugly rocks. Do some research, you'll be amazed at what is and what you will learn.

Uhh you wrote all that. You asked what is this? Now you state " Do you know what tools look like or do you just think that everything has to be an arrowhead? I'm not sure you know the difference"

Are you sure you know the difference. An Arrowhead is a tool a hammer stone is a tool most things utilized by our ancient ancestors might be described as tools. They could be fasioned from stone bone or wood. I have examined many artifacts since 1963 . I can tell you for sure that first picture is a sedimentary rock . It shows no indication it was altered by man. It looks to be delaminating naturally to me.
