  • Artifact or Rock

I found this 6 weeks ago, and I was hesitant to claim it. By the size of it there is a possibility that it was used in ceremonies. It has raised images on the front and back.

Hi Chero. Can I ask if your new to hunting Artifacts? Welcome to Arrowheads.com. My name is Kim and I'm from Snyder County, Just a stones throw from you. It's always nice to see a new member from my own area here in Pa. My advice is to do a lot of searching on this site. People here are very helpful, even to an old guy like me. I'm not going to comment on your find as we live close together. I will let others give you their opinion. Their advice will be top notch. Kim

All natural, little research and you'll know a true artifact when you see it

Please point out the areas that you think have been altered by human hands. I must be missing something.

All that is pictured are natural rocks, nothing more, nothing less. There is no paint, it's banding in the rock.

It was painted and sculpted by a native artist. Do you want to see more?

Have you seen my ancient weather station?
                1. When it's swinging you will experience windy weather.
                2. When it's wet rain is in the forecast.
                3. When it's hot to the touch enjoy the sunny day.
                4. If the weather station is white expect slippery roads.
                5. For the expert: Twist it up and it will spin

If we assume that you asked an honest question, "Artifact or Rock", Then why would you not accept the truth that it's a rock?
