Here are a few more. None of these stones are Artifacts, but are strange natural formations. The disk is especially neat. It has all the look of some sort of cutter. It was not found on a NA site. It even seams to have the pock marks associated with water drops on it when it was hot but not so. Pict 1 bottom center looks very much like a Celt when in your hand. 2 & 3 are the disk. 4 & 5 is a water worn stone that looks like a pitted stone but it's also natural. Conversely when these kinds of things are actually found on a NA site, we call them Problematical. What their intention for bringing to the site is unknown, and most don't show any man made alterations. Kim

Hmmmm…. Or should I say Yummm! I see three cashews, a piece of peanut brittle, pita bread, a potato chip….. but Swiss cheese in bottom pic so old turned gray…
I will try be serious instead of just hungry, and say this is great post! Thank you, dear Kim! (Btw, if found at campsite, can clear Q right up of why there: cool humans always liked cool things —— my house full!)Last edited by Cecilia; 11-06-2022, 10:34 AM.Digging in GA, ‘bout a mile from the Savannah River
