Is this a chopper, a tool or nothing at all?

This is my first year artifact hunting and some materials are easier to see if they are worked than others. This is a piece of quartz I found and I wanna say this is a quartz cobble tool. I believe that the edge has been worked and is bi faced. It looks like the edge is work from use as well. I welcome opinions, won't hurt my feelings! This was found in a place where I have found flakes and artifacts prior.
