Right shape but...????? Texas Panhandle

Ok so i have a camp that i hunt bout once a month and i hit it today and found a couple scrapers as usual but found this I was like "WOW" at first but more i looked at it the more i wasn't sure if it was made or if it was natural.
So what are your thoughts... Natural or Not

well it is the right shape but I would say natural because I see do not flaking I would expect to see on a projectile. It also is not a viable material, looks pretty soft.

Thats what i thought cause i don't no why you would use a material such as this when there is Alibates Everywhere
