I'm afraid that's just a rock.  It doesn't show any modification by human hands.

James - Unfortunately Charles is right.  Unless the item shows some sort of modification by human hand - it's just another rock.  I've had the same thing happen to me and so have almost all collectors.  In fact - I found one shapped perfectly to fit the hand but the local archaeologist said it was just a rock.  Anyway - keep looking. ---Chuck

Put in your rock garden James, all of us artifact hunters have impressive rock gardens!! LOL. Starting rock garden's keep my wife from making me sleep on the couch!! Still got a few more coffee cans of partial artifacts and "just rocks" I have to seperate to add to my current rock gardens-Bill
