Indian artifact or just a rock

Found this piece of sandstone in Coleman Co. Tx. very close to the Jim Ned Creek, in a plowed field. Have found several points in this field and am thinking maybe this a scraper of some sort?? made of sandstone and looks worn on the tip. Any ideas?
