Ha ha, I had a couple of my kids helping me out. Tried sifting a topsoil pile, but only managed to make really nice topsoil. I did better just waking around. 😁

Cool find, man those Carolina points are hard to I.d…. And quartz even makes it harder… I’m shooting from the hip, but I see big sandy with a busted up , reworked base… ha.. I’m sticking to Midwestern points… keep kick’n it….👍

It depends, Morrow Mountain points are usually very easy to identify. We seem to have a lot of points that share the characteristics of multiple types and I think it's because the lithics around here are very difficult to work.
