Went out to my favorite site for a few hours the weather was perfect with a nice cool breeze . Found a couple of arrow points in the Rosegate Cluster one made of Obsidian and maybe some petrified wood on the gray point a Slate Sierra Contracting Stem Cluster old Silver Lake Dart made of Basalt a little drill and a couple more bird points not bad for a couple hours of fun . Private Property N. California foothills .

Dog gone it Dennis - That's more booty than I would find in 6 months of hunting here on the mountain. But I'm glad you did and shared it with us. Without people like us hunting and find these artifacts, they'd never come to light in support of our ancient history. Great finds there guy. I've often wondered with all the slate that's all over these mountains, why we don't find more artifacts made of it. Yeah that is a helluva haul for a single day search. Is that one in the third pic petrified wood? The texture is something I have never encountered. Great haul man...The chase is better than the catch...
