  • New Construction Site Has Given Me a Few

Got a new construction site this month and it has given me a few. It is off of a creek where it gradually goes up a hill to a flat. They have cut a road through the hill and cleared a turn around area and there are flakes everywhere. Looking forward to try and save some more before they are covered up for good.

rescue more! hopefully they take their time and get a few good storms with a little erosion....then they have to regrade it again!

I think I’ll have some time to find more, this company moves slow, my job is to check erosion but it’s always hard to tell them to stabilize it when I’m actually wanting it to erode...

Thanks, I’ve got a few sites that make my job fun. I’ll try and get some more pictures up.

Yes it is good, but it all comes to end too fast and I hate that part when it’s gone forever.

A little bit of Sherlock logic, but are you a construction worker?

If I am wrong, that would be Redneck logic i.e a wild guess.

No, not a construction worker but yes I am on construction sites. I check the erosion on the sites. The state of Tennessee requires all sites to be checked twice weekly and that is my job. We install products to keep silt and dirt on site and off roadways and out of creeks or from getting onto adjacent property owners so I look for anything that needs to be installed or has been damaged so it can be repaired.
