  • One pad in the new cutover.

Saw mention of a dry spell. Finally had some cooler weather. Spent a coupla days around the club. The new cutover got the roads reworked and drug a while back. It's startin to pay off a little.
Some of these were a lil different. Looked like they were mostly worked on one side more than the other. The small point is very thin.

Spent about 1.5 hours walking around this pad. Apparently it's been somebody's "pad" for a long time.. d;^)

It finally broke into a few days of 70's and low H. Couldn't turn it down. Stayed at camp overnight. Got a coupla more decent days before we get into the 90's again this week.
Leaves are starting to turn. The Season is right around the corner.
High temps are torture and I can barely contain myself. Hehehe. d;^)

If it makes someone smile I'll call it a success. I try to have some fun with everything that'll allow it. Momma got me a new GoPro Hero 7 Black for my birthday. Been havin a grande time with that. Still can't do too much since my "procedure", but I'm gettin out to play a little. d;^)

Hoss said it first. I like that Guilford Yuma. My first find in quartzite.

Shows what I know. I thought it had a patina on it. d;^)
There's a ton of milky or white quartz in that area.

If y'all like vids here a short excerpt clip showing part the new cutover I'm scratchin around in. It's kinda weedy right now but it'll die off here shortly.
The pad in the beginning is where I found these items. Was talkin to Miz Kris when that Yuma showed itself. Gotta go, dear! Hehehe. d:^)

Good for you Bonz, and good job. I’m behind on my reading bc of going for 4 shoulder socket injections.

nice Carolina points, which are my favorite, of course. Really like the Guilfords--probably make up 40% of all my finds.

They do seem to be prevalent down here. I'm jealous of the nice material I see elsewhere. Once inna while some pretty rhyolite shows, tho'. d:^)
