    Found this dandy scraper and a biface that got trashed I assume when he flaked into this crack...nice little abraiding stone to. Worked on both sides..and another bison horn..good stuff

    Score! I love the partially-done stuff more than those completed because they speak of the “project” and the personal hand who undertook it. That was a poor explanation of feeling I get; really, it’s an immediate speculation as to what he was thinking or maybe even said out loud when was knapping away and came to previously hidden flaw in lithic. Did he just say “ Shoot!......next...”., and reach for another rock? After all, the project must go on!

      I agree...I started knapping in January and its helped me understand artifacts 10 fold..cool stuff
