  • Cobble/pebble chopper

    Seems like a good example of a pebble tool. It has the typical two/three strikes off one end to form a wedge. Cortex left on the other end for a good grip.

    Yupp, that’s surnuff what it looks like..Reminds me of one of the them Olduvai lookin tools

      Yes, looks just like that tool technology. I think that type you mentioned is supposed to be the oldest known style, around a million years old. But I would think once something is figured out and it works , it gets past down from then on and spread to different cultures.
