        They just plowed and cleared the land for development but if I'm right they used to grow soy there. Interesting

                When I lived in Fl in Pembroke Pines. All I remember was strip malls and gated communities. I wasn’t a collector yet so I didn’t see terrain like I do now but I’m so interested on how u hunt for points there. Is it mostly digging? Or r there places to surface hunt?
                Such a beautiful point. I’m sure u did a dance when u found that.

                  Digging, construction sites, plowed fields where they exist. I'm still new though. I've heard there aren't many lithics down south. In the northern part of the state some of the creeks have gravel beds, not so much where I am.

                  I should add: with permission and on private land, if you want to lower your chance of fines and jail time

                must be across from me. Im most northern part of Marion cty. Just a few miles east of I-75 off hwy 318

                That’s about as good a Marion as they come . Only other one I have seen there is the agatized Coral .
                congrats on an excellent find . Wait I looked really close that is coral right ?

                Need to look at a few of mine. Think I have 2 of those and one is coral also. But dont think its as nice as yours
