  • Folsom Variation

    Here are some Folsom artifacts.
    The bottom row are classic Folsom bases - fluted both sides with fine micro edge work.
    The pieces on top are also Folsom - mini Folsoms - points made on flakes - points made on tabular stone - even a mini point made on a damaged midsection fragment of a larger Folsom.

        Very nice.
        Somewhere on this site we just saw a point made out of the same lithics as the biggest one in bottom row.
