Hey Evan, Thanks for the link. My first thought was, "Tom ferments everything." I have myself used many of the ancient methods: Smoked lots of meats, Made jerky from many meats, Fermented cukes, Pickled many things, Dried many fruits and vegetables. When I was too young to drink I kept my six pack fresh in a small spring fed creek.Michigan Yooper
