Hey Unc John - I had the same question and nobody seems to know for sure.  I wound up buying the 10th edition of "Overstreet Identification and Price Guide to Indian Arrowheads" by Robert M. Overstreet.  Found it at Borders Book store but I'm sure you can find it lots of other book stores and on ebay.  Anyway the begining of the book has about 32 pages of color pictures of projectile points and identifies the point and material.  It's a super reference source when trying to identify artifacts and helps me with some of the material I find here in Tennessee.  Hope this helps some.

        Hi John,
Not the whole country, but this book has the Midwest and surrounding lithic types-
