    I can't decide if this is a big tool or just a big chunk of material they were using to make smaller stuff. Tell me what y'all think.         It could have been used as a tool, but I do not see any wear, that with the cortex on both faces I would say core. JMO. But it would have smashed bugs pretty good ifin your asking me. :laugh:

          I think Chase is right....looks like a core. But I also think it could be considered a preform which many times cores become with reduction. Darn, I missed the "bug" part!
