Dave - Beautiful material.  Looks like the base is broken off so that kinda defeats trying to ID it but nice find anyway.  I'd put it in my collection.  ---Chuck

Nice looking flaking and material on that piece, If I had to guess I'd say early archaic type like Kirk or Decatur, jmo.
