Such similar sequences! Is it ground almost to the tip? Plano technology! Gotta love it! Any Idea on the point/blade I found? Base ground good.-Kenny-Kenny

I thought Madison/Fresno type. Jack said no. He believes it to be a blade, though he doesnt know what kind. Havent found anything yet. So...is that piece yours now? I like it. Tough call on id. Sorry for the poor pic quality.-Kenny

No not mine old girlfriends girlfriend and her husband find. Sounds like they have quite a few of them. I was invited to go some time with them but have to give up some of my spots, all i could do was laugh. They have over 6ooo acres they farm, with creeks and plowed fields to go and look at. Compared to that I have squat.

Whatever you do, please dont send em my way. Its bad enough I share the bank with all the kids swimming/ soldiers fishing/ footprints everywhere all the time/ junk, tires, and broken glass! I cant complain though. The bend has been good to me lately. Ill get a boat soon enough and Ive been google earthing the area and found some bends and bars I want to check out.

Hey Spanky, good to see you, haven't seen you around in awhile, or I just missed the threads you were on. I am not much of a specialist in my own location let alone out your way, but I think I would agree with the "Hell Gap" form. First pic for sure, flaking looks a little funky on the 2 nd pic (other Side) though.Cool point though.
Agree also that yours "Relic" doesn't look like a Madison but once again my overstreet has disappeared into the Abyss for awhile so when I locate it I will try to do some research on it, all are great points, I have been stumped all year in Ohio.

I think the point I have is a dart lanceolate. Milnesand or Goshen? Or am I wishin to much?-Kenny

Is that one ground? From the picture it looks like half the point side is ground. The shape of yours says Hell Gap.
This is a Hell Gap that was in my collection. Rogers COA.

William, wish I would of had this hobby when growing up in Cincy lots of good hunting down there. You just have to keep on walking good things come to those who put the miles on. Like Joe he walks and walks and walks like the everready bunny going and going. Good luck
