        the side shown is convex, whereas the opposing side is more flattened in appearance

          Does the opposite side show flaking? 7 cm is roughly 2-3/4" correct? Is the opposite side not pictured smooth or show flaking? LMK and I will try to help, not really familiar with the western points as much, but I will give it a shot.

            I would say it a Paleo knife. I have several in my collection and they look similar to that one. This one is papered by Dwain Rogers as a Paleo Knife.

              I don't see Paleo in either of those blades. The Arizona blade could be anything from a Basketmaker knife on back through Archaic. The white blade has the wide percussion flaking but that was used on through Archaic times too, so I'm not sure how it could be strictly defined as Paleo at all. As it says on the papers, that is just an opinion.

                It was found with other Paleo material, so maybe Paleo.
