I'm not sure what it is that you found. It might help if you could tell us something about the context in which it was found. Maybe someone on the forum has a good opinion. But my WAG is that it is too small to be a discoidal as in a chunkey game stone. I certainly could be wrong. It would not be the first time.

Sorta looks like mine, I've seen some similar in searches that do claim to be game stones. I haven't seen anything else it could be
